Terms of Service
Terms for using the Saluvana corporate website, demo requests, and illustrative pricing tools.
1. About these terms
These terms address use of Saluvana’s corporate website at saluvana.com. Saluvana, this website, and Saluvana’s intellectual property are owned by Peak Advertising Inc. “Saluvana,” “we,” and “us” in these terms refer to Peak Advertising Inc. Please read these terms before using it. If you do not agree, please discontinue use. The Privacy Policy explains the information practices described for this site; it is not a request for blanket consent to data processing.
These website terms do not replace a signed customer agreement, order form, data processing agreement, business associate agreement, or the terms of a practice-branded application. Any purchased service requires its own applicable agreement.
2. Website purpose and availability
The website introduces a proposed white-label wellness companion and lets interested practices request a conversation or demonstration. Descriptions, illustrations, and example interfaces may show concepts or pilot features. Confirm the features available for your intended use with us before making a purchasing or operational decision.
We may correct, update, or remove website content. Availability may be interrupted for maintenance or technical reasons. No service-level commitment for the corporate website is created by these terms.
3. Demos, pricing, and subscriptions
Requesting a demo does not create an account, start a paid subscription, authorize a charge, or guarantee acceptance into a pilot. Pricing displayed on the website is indicative launch pricing and is subject to confirmation.
Before a paid service begins, the applicable agreement should specify fees, taxes, plan limits, billing frequency, renewal, cancellation, refunds, and support. These corporate website terms do not establish an automatic-renewal arrangement or a refund policy for a future subscription.
4. Revenue calculator and examples
The calculator is an illustration using the client count, membership fee, and plan selected by the visitor. Its result subtracts the displayed Saluvana subscription from estimated gross membership revenue. It is not net profit, a forecast, financial advice, or a promise of earnings.
Actual results depend on adoption, retention, pricing, and costs. The calculation excludes payment fees, taxes, refunds, marketing, staffing, service delivery, and churn. Practices are responsible for evaluating their own pricing and business model.
5. No clinical advice or care relationship
Corporate website content is general product and business information. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or an emergency service. Visiting the website or requesting a demo does not create a clinician–patient relationship.
Seek a qualified professional for personal health decisions. Do not use this website to send clinical records or request urgent care. Nothing on this site alone establishes HIPAA compliance, a business associate relationship, or authorization to process protected health information.
6. Responsible use and submissions
You may browse the website and contact us for legitimate business purposes. Do not attempt unauthorized access, disrupt the website, transmit malicious code, impersonate others, send unlawful material, or infringe another person’s privacy or intellectual property rights.
Provide accurate contact information and share only material you have authority to disclose. Sending an inquiry does not transfer ownership of your materials or create a confidentiality agreement. Please arrange an appropriate agreement before providing confidential business information.
7. Website content and third-party services
Saluvana branding and original website materials are owned by Peak Advertising Inc. Third-party materials remain the property of their respective owners or licensors. You may view the site and retain a reasonable copy for evaluating Saluvana. Other uses must respect applicable intellectual property law; these terms do not remove uses permitted by law or grant rights to third-party trademarks.
Email providers and any external services linked from the website operate under their own terms. A practice using Saluvana branding or software remains responsible for its own professional services and representations.
8. Disclaimers and limits
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the corporate website and its informational content are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of uninterrupted operation, fitness for a particular purpose, or completeness. We do not guarantee any clinical, commercial, or financial outcome.
To the extent permitted by law, Saluvana is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from reliance on this website’s informational content. These provisions do not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable liability for fraud or willful misconduct, and do not override mandatory consumer protections or a separate signed agreement.
9. Questions, disputes, and changes
Please contact hello@saluvana.com with questions or concerns so we can try to resolve them. These website terms do not impose mandatory arbitration, a class-action waiver, or an exclusive court venue. Applicable law and any separate enforceable agreement govern available remedies.
Revisions will be posted here with a new date. Changes apply prospectively and do not alter an existing signed agreement without the process required by that agreement. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
