Saluvana · Corporate website

Privacy Policy

How the Saluvana corporate website handles visitor information and business inquiries.

1. Scope of this policy

This policy describes the Saluvana corporate website at saluvana.com and communications about demos, partnerships, and business inquiries. Saluvana, its corporate website, and its intellectual property are owned by Peak Advertising Inc. “Saluvana,” “we,” and “us” in this policy refer to Peak Advertising Inc.

It does not describe the processing of patient records, wellness logs, or account information inside a practice-branded application, including your wellness brand. Before using such an application, review the notices and agreements provided for that service and by your practice.

2. Information involved when you visit or contact us

If you send us an email, we receive your email address, the name associated with it, your message, and any attachments you choose to include. A demo inquiry may include your practice name, approximate client count, contact details, and business needs. Please provide only what is needed for your inquiry.

Hosting and network providers may process technical information such as your IP address, browser and device information, requested pages, timestamps, and security logs to deliver and protect the website. The site is hosted through OpenAI Sites using Cloudflare infrastructure.

The revenue calculator runs in your browser. Our page code does not submit its inputs or results to Saluvana or save them in browser storage. This corporate website does not offer account registration, payment collection, or patient-record uploads.

3. How information is used

Information supplied in an inquiry is used to respond, discuss a demonstration or proposed relationship, and keep relevant correspondence. Technical information supports website delivery, troubleshooting, and protection against misuse. Information may also be used where necessary to meet legal obligations or address a dispute.

A demo request is not consent to unrelated marketing. You can ask us to stop promotional follow-up by replying to a message or contacting us at hello@saluvana.com.

4. Cookies, fonts, and images

The current corporate page code does not include advertising pixels, third-party analytics scripts, or tracking cookies. Images and fonts are served from the website itself. Infrastructure providers may use technologies necessary for delivery and security; their processing is separate from the page features described here.

Your browser lets you manage cookies and other site data. If we introduce optional analytics or advertising technologies, this notice and any legally required choices will need to be updated before those technologies are used.

5. Email links and service providers

Contact buttons open your selected email service. Clicking a button alone does not send your message to us; you decide whether to send it. Your email provider handles the compose window under its own terms and privacy practices.

Information can be processed by providers supporting website hosting, security, and email delivery, and by people handling the relevant inquiry. It may also be disclosed where required by law, necessary to protect legal rights, or as part of a lawful business transfer subject to applicable privacy protections. This website has no advertising-data sale or sharing integration.

6. Health information and children

Please do not email medical records, diagnoses, treatment details, insurance information, or other sensitive health information through the corporate demo or contact links. These links are for business inquiries, not clinical care or emergencies.

The corporate site is directed to adult professionals and business representatives, not children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can review the situation and address any information received.

7. Retention, security, and processing locations

Retention needs vary with the inquiry, ongoing business relationship, legal requirements, and relevant provider systems. A fixed retention period is not specified in this policy. You may ask about the information associated with your inquiry or request deletion using the contact below; legal recordkeeping obligations may limit deletion.

The website uses HTTPS. No website or email system can guarantee complete security, and ordinary email is not a designated channel for sensitive health records. Hosting and email infrastructure may process information in the United States and other locations where providers operate. Contact us if you need location or transfer details before sharing information.

8. Your requests and choices

You may contact hello@saluvana.com to request access to, correction of, or deletion of information you provided, or to ask us to stop promotional contact. Include enough information to identify your inquiry, but do not send identity documents or health records unless a secure verification process has been arranged.

Depending on your location and which laws apply, you may have additional rights, including portability, restriction, objection, withdrawal of consent, an appeal of a declined request, or a complaint to a privacy regulator. We may need to verify a request and consider applicable exceptions. This notice does not limit rights available under applicable law.

9. Updates and contact

We will post revisions on this page with an updated date. Material changes will receive additional notice or consent where required by law.

For questions about this corporate website or a privacy request, email hello@saluvana.com with the subject “Saluvana privacy inquiry.” For information held by your clinician or a practice-branded app, contact that practice through its designated channel.
